Library Illustration Prize 2015
To celebrate Book Week 2015, Hobsons Bay City Council are giving schools an opportunity to win an illustrator visit in term four.
Each class that enters the Library Illustration Prize by the end of term three, Friday 18 September, will go into the draw. Please see the ‘Class Entry Form’ for details.
Create a piece of artwork inspired by your favourite book.
Illustrators can use any medium including pencils, crayon, paint; graphic design and photography to recreate a scene from a published piece of literature.
Every picture tells a thousand words, what story will your illustration tell?
Over $1000 of cash and book prizes to be won.
Entry is open to young people from Prep to Year 12, who attend school or live in Hobsons Bay or are a member of Hobsons Bay Libraries.
